Recruitment Consultant - Face to Face Closing | Big Commission Opportunites

Base Salary £35,000- £40,000 OTE £70,000- £80,000

We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Recruitment Consultant who isn’t afraid to get out from behind a desk and make things happen in person. This is not a sit-back-and-wait role, this is about being on the ground, meeting clients, building trust, and sealing deals that make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  * Getting out into the field for regular face-to-face meetings with clients and candidates

  * Building strong, lasting relationships through genuine human connection

  * Winning new business and growing existing accounts

  * Managing the full recruitment cycle from first contact to final offer

  * Negotiating and closing deals with confidence and flair

  * Becoming a trusted advisor in your market
