Salary: From £26,780 per annum + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Office-based)

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and well-established Industrial Department based in Cannock. No previous recruitment experience is required – we provide full training, ongoing support, and a clear pathway for career development.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in sales, customer service, or a role involving people interaction who is looking to build a long-term career in a fast-paced and rewarding industry.
The Role:
* As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work in a full 360-degree recruitment role, managing the entire recruitment process from business development through to candidate placement.Business development and selling recruitment services to new and existing clients (B2B)
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Visiting clients on-site and managing their recruitment accounts
* Sourcing and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles including but not limited to warehouse operatives, production operatives, picking and packing roles, FLT Drivers and many more.
* Conducting face-to-face candidate interviews
* Ensuring all compliance and administrative processes are followed
* Successfully matching candidates to suitable roles and placing them into employment
Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a similar people-focused role is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident, outgoing, and professional approach
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
* Ability to build relationships at all levels
* Eagerness to learn and develop within the recruitment industry
* Full UK driving licence or currently learning to drive
