Experienced Recruitment Consultant - Dundee

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. If you have a proven track record of building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional candidates, and consistently achieving targets, we'd love to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your desk and make it your own business.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing the full recruitment process - business development and candidate management.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
Sourcing, interviewing, maintaining and matching high-quality candidates to vacancies.
Keeping up to date with market trends and providing consultative advice to clients. 

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant with significant billing history
Strong business development and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
