Our client is an established, highly respected independent recruitment agency with successful office in Brighton. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to join either location.

Whether your background is Industrial, Commercial, Driving, Accountancy, Office Support, Engineering or another specialist sector, they are keen to speak with ambitious recruiters who enjoy developing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  * Winning new business and developing long-term client relationships.

  * Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement.

  * Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates.

  * Building and maintaining a strong candidate network.

  * Managing existing client accounts while identifying opportunities for growth.

  * Working towards achievable revenue and activity targets within a supportive environment.

  * Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.

  * A proven track record in business development and client acquisition.

  * Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

  * A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine passion for recruitment.
