The Company
The Twenty One Recruitment Group Limited is an owner managed company who specialise predominantly within the Construction and Engineering markets, both within the UK and abroad. The Opportunity
Due to expansion and securing long term partnerships, we are now looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our existing team of 10. This role will encompass a full range of tasks such as:
* Sourcing candidates for live roles within Construction and Engineering
* Managing availability and movement of candidates between projects
* Liaising with existing clients to understand and meet their requirements
* Meeting with both clients and candidates face to face
* Business development, mainly within existing clients
* Assistance with admin, payroll and compliance.
We operate out of a modern facility at the Gyle, in Edinburgh and have the ability to support you to progress your career with a clear and concise career development pathway to allow you to realise your ambitions.
