About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent for our clients while building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Red King is a dynamic recruitment company, specialising in the placement of temporary, contract and permanent IT, Digital, Sales, Marketing, Architecture and Engineering (Technical and Design), and Construction professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top professionals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial candidate sourcing to placement and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for various roles.
- Negotiate offers and contracts between candidates and clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements.
- Meet and exceed individual and team recruitment targets.
- Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to share knowledge and best practices.
- Utilise recruitment tools, job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to identify top talent.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally in an agency setting. Architecture or Construction Recruitment experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong understanding of the industry, including knowledge of different technologies and job roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment software.
