Salary: £28 – 35k – negotiable + Strong Commission Scheme

What You'll Be Doing
Business Development – Winning new clients and growing your desk.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement – Finding and securing top talent.
Account Management – Building lasting relationships and securing repeat business.
Post-Placement Care – Supporting candidates and clients beyond the hire.
Marketing & Brand Growth – Writing content, adverts, and driving recruitment visibility. What We're Looking For
A Proven Recruiter– You will need to have recruitment experience within an agency.
White-Collar Recruitment Experience– Experience in white collar recruitment is a must. Ideally, if you know the difference between a financial and a management accountant, that would be a huge plus.
Business Development & Sales Savvy– Comfortable winning new clients.
Account Management Expertise– Able to gain repeat business and build lasting partnerships.
Candidate Resourcing Excellence– You find top-tier professionals where others can't.
Confidence at Senior Level– You'll work closely with MDs, CFOs, and finance leaders.
Independent & Self-Motivated– No micromanaging, but plenty of support.
