Join our #OneBlueFamily at our Bellshill, Scotland branch as a Recruitment Associate, Consultant (or Senior) to manage a hot desk with heaps of existing client business that supplies temporary Driving staff to clients in the Bellshill area.
The role would be perfect for either an experienced Recruiter or if for example you have a transport, logistics or warehouse background you can join us initially as a Recruitment Associate with promotion to a Consultant after successful passing probation.
As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems and we are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant will include:
Filling Driving bookings
Using social media platforms to attract Drivers to register for work
Developing existing candidate and client relationships
Proactive sales activities and working to targets
Travelling to visit clients for meetings so ideally you will be a driver with your own car
Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary driving bookings
Negotiating, offering solutions and overcoming objections
Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systemsBlue Arrow is a leading global Talent Acquisition and Managed Workforce Solutions provider.
