Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant Industrial Sector
Location: West Midlands
Salary 32,000 basic, plus uncapped bonus,Unlimited OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

My client is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Reruitment Consutant- Industrial sector to manage new business opportunities and build key customer relationships within their Industrial Division across the West Midlands region.
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you'll work closely with their branch teams to drive new business and support continued growth in the Industrial sector throughout the West Midlands region.

Established for a number of years, they have consistently grown year after year and now have a number of established branches across the East Midlands, South Yorkshire, and West Midlands regions.

Your Key Responsibilities
Generate leads using all available resources to including cutting edge CRM and Sales AI software
Chasing A-Z Industrial business/accounts within the West Midlands region
Managing and utilising your enhanced LinkedIn account
Building client and candidate working relationships
Growing an existing lead data base
Research and monitor competitors
Develop and manage your own portfolio of target accounts
Achieve and exceed monthly targets
Participate in branch team meetings
Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system
Develop strategies to promote the company’s products and services
Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline for your Branch Manager
Collaborate with the team to identify market news/leads.
What my client is looking for
A minimum of 24 months’ experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in winning new business and ideally within the Industrial sector
Demonstrated success in sales and account management
Experience working with volume users and achieving results
Proven ability to exceed targets
Full UK driving license
