Realise Education is growing – and we're looking for a driven, experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team! Based full-time in our dynamic office, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong recruitment or sales background who’s ready to make an impact in the education sector.

The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Realise Education, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process within the education sector
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and education professionals
* Placing candidates in temporary and permanent roles
* Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets
* Managing a busy and rewarding desk with full autonomy
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or sales person (education recruitment experience preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Exemplary customer service skills
* Results-driven mindset with a proactive attitude
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Organised, resilient, and ambitious
* Full driving license and access to car
What You’ll Get:
* Competitive salary between £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

* Structured hours: 07:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday, with reduced hours during the school holidays
