Recruitment Consultant – Education Sector
Location: Framingham Pigot NR14
Hours:
* Term Time: 7:00am – 5:00pm
* School Holidays: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum plus bonus scheme

What you’ll be doing:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and supply staff
* Filling daily and long-term bookings quickly and efficiently
* Recruiting teachers and support staff across all education sectors
* Developing new client relationships and growing your school base
* Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A confident, professional, and proactive attitude
* Someone who works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a collaborative team
