This role is open to both recent graduates looking to start their career in recruitment and candidates with relevant sales experience who want to transition into the recruitment field.

Based in the heart of Marlow with exciting growth plans, this is a great opportunity to join this specialist agency who have become experts in their field.
You will work on a full 360 process so will be involved in every step of the way, from interviewing candidates, writing and submitting their CVs, and placing them in their new role.
Salary: £25,000 per annum 1st year OTE between £35,000 – £50,000, plus 25 days holiday, exciting competitions, annual trips abroad, flexi-time for top performers, excellent career progression.
