Recruitment Consultant
£25-30k basic | OTE £40k+ in Year 1

Sales or temp recruitment experience – maybe you’ve worked in lettings, car sales, hospitality, finance, or a fast-paced temp agency. You’ve learned how to handle pressure and talk to people fast
Resilience – you don’t spiral if someone says no. You bounce, learn, and keep going
Energy – We’re looking for people who take initiative and are proactive, not just fill a seat
Commercial brain – you spot where money’s being made and you want in
What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
Building your own client base from scratch (with backup from a team that knows the game inside out)
Sourcing and placing engineers into contract roles – the kind of people most recruiters can’t even find
Becoming a name in your space – someone clients and candidates want to work with
Hitting clear weekly targets so you always know where you’re at
