Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven background in sales and business development? Do you thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments and want to grow your desk with full autonomy?
We're hiring in Ashford! Join our high-performing team covering clients and candidates across Kent and Essex, specialising in Driving, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Industrial recruitment.

What you'll be doing:
360 recruitment across temp and perm roles
Winning new business through sales and lead generation
Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
Managing and growing client accounts
Working to and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
Covering clients and roles across Kent and EssexWhat we're looking for:
Experience as a Recruitment Consultant (agency preferred)
Strong business development and sales ability
Sector experience in Driving, Manufacturing, Logistics or Industrial recruitment
Excellent communication and account management skills
