Role Overview:
We're seeking an ambitious and driven Construction Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team. You'll be responsible for managing and developing your own client portfolio, sourcing skilled candidates, and placing them in temporary and permanent construction roles across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing construction clients
Identify business opportunities and generate leads through sales calls, networking, and site visits
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer stage
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their suitability
Write and post job adverts on job boards and social media platforms
Negotiate terms of business and fees with clients
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment (ideally construction, trades, or industrial) - desirable but not essential
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Confidence in a sales environment with a willingness to make cold calls
Knowledge of the UK construction market - beneficial
Full UK driving licence - desirable for site visits
