We're a friendly, boutique-style agency in Wokingham, and we're on the lookout for a passionate, people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our team. If you love building relationships, delivering great service, and want to work somewhere that genuinely values you – we’d love to chat!
What you'll be doing as a Recruitment Consultant :
* Talking to candidates to really get to know their goals and talents
* Partnering with clients to help find them great talent
* Using job boards and social media to attract candidates
* Juggling client and candidate needs like a pro
* Attending virtual and face-to-face meetings with hiring managers
* Supporting business development and marketing efforts
