Recruitment Consultant
Job Description & Purpose
The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for supporting the delivery of temporary staffing solutions to new and existing clients across logistics and driving sector. With a hybrid focus on recruitment delivery, service excellence, and commercial performance, you'll develop the skills needed to manage accounts, service client requirements, and contribute to gross profit growth.
You'll be measured on key KPIs including candidate onboarding, client engagement, interviews / assessments booked, placements made, and weekly/monthly gross profit generated. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with a structured development path toward becoming a fully operational consultant.

Qualifications & Experience
Ideally 6-12 months' experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment (e.g. recruitment, sales, retail, logistics).
Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and learning the recruitment industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proactive and professional approach.
Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
Commercially aware with a willingness to learn about gross profit, billing, and recruitment KPIs.
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (or willingness to travel to client sites when required).
Relevant knowledge desirable (Transport knowledge or Industrial placement - depending on desk applying for)

Deliver excellent client service while steadily increasing productivity and placements.
Build a compliant and reliable temporary workforce across key sectors.
Develop commercial understanding and take responsibility for measurable KPIs.
