Recruiter – Labour Desk (Construction Trades & Labour FM Experience)
Location: Shenfield, Essex
Salary: Negotiable DOE + Commission
We’re hiring for an experienced recruiter to run a warm Trades & Labour desk covering the Facilities Management sector.
This is a live desk with roles and clients ready to go from day one. You’ll be expected to manage existing bookings and relationships while also growing your own base. This isn’t a cold-start desk — but it is yours to shape.
What we’re looking for:

Experience running a labour or construction trades desk

Proven billings and revenue generation
*
Ability to manage candidate flow and high-volume temp placements

Comfortable speaking to people at all levels
