Experienced Healthcare 360 Recruitment Consultant
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive base + Commission (up to 30%)
A rapidly growing healthcare recruitment agency in Manchester is seeking experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to join its high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a business that is investing heavily in technology, tools, and people to drive national growth.
About the Role:
We are looking for consultants with experience in permanent placements within the private healthcare sector. As a 360 recruiter, you will be responsible for developing your own client portfolio and sourcing high-quality candidates for the roles you bring in.
You will be supported by a dedicated Business Development Manager who works nationwide to maximise opportunities with both new and existing clients. We provide access to top-tier recruitment tools including a state-of-the-art CRM system, leading job boards, CV databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
