💰 Basic Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (DOE)

🔍 What You'll Be Doing:

Business Development- bringing on new business
*
Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match client needs

Meeting targets and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
✅ What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year’s recruitment experience in the food, driving, or industrial sector (essential)

Proven ability to meet and exceed targets

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong business development mindset
