Role & Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant:
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and commercial goals.
* Sourcing and engaging top-quality candidates through networking, headhunting, job boards and referrals.
* Identifying and approaching potential new clients to grow our portfolio and create fresh job opportunities.
* Stay commercially aware, spotting opportunities and keeping up with industry trends.
* Attend events, exhibitions and networking opportunities to represent the ER brand.
* Collaborate with our Marketing and other divisions to make an impact in your sector.
About You as the Recruitment Consultant:
* Experience in recruitment OR a proven track record in a role where relationships and commercial thinking are key.
* A natural communicator who enjoys building new relationships and developing business opportunities.
* Organised, proactive and driven to deliver results.
* A team player who values collaboration but is comfortable working independently.
