Your Responsibilities:
* Develop new business and build lasting client relationships
* Book and attend sales visits
* Grow and manage client accounts
* Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction
* Achieve KPIs and performance targets
* Source, screen, and interview candidates
* Prepare candidates for roles and manage the placement process
* Fill vacancies efficiently and effectively
