Recruitment Consultant
Twyford
£25k-35k Basic, £39,400-£57,500 OTE Uncapped.

The position:
We're looking for ambitious individuals that build long standing relationships. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding the needs of our clients and sourcing high calibre candidates to join their business. As recruitment is a sales role, you will be rewarded for your hard work. We offer structured training in your first 12 months and coaching throughout your career, excellent earning potential, and aim to develop you into a managing consultant within the first year.
Key responsibilities:
* Understanding your market and becoming an expert in that area.
* Sourcing candidates and understanding their needs whilst matching to a suitable role.
* Managing your candidates’ recruitment process from inception to completions.
Your skills:
* Success in a sales or target-driven environment.
* Resilient and tenacious with a passion for new challenges. Ambitious with a need to grow and develop your own career.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
