Recruitment Consultant – Engineering & Industrial (A–Z Desk)
Barnsley Town Centre | £28,000 – £35,000 DOE | Car Allowance Potential | Excellent Commission
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our professional team, specialising in Engineering and Industrial placements across an A–Z desk. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven recruiter looking to advance their career within a supportive and ambitious environment.
The Role
End-to-end management of the recruitment process
Developing and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
Delivering consistent results through proactive business development
Driving growth within the Engineering and Industrial sectors
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience (Engineering/Industrial preferred)
Demonstrable track record of consistent billings
Commercially minded with strong interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and target-driven
Sales focused and target driven.
Package & Benefits
Competitive salary: £28,000 – £35,000 DOE
Excellent commission scheme with uncapped earning potential
Potential car allowance for client development
Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm working hours
Convenient Barnsley town centre location
