Job Description
Are you an experienced, ambitious Perms Recruitment Consultant looking for the opportunity to work for a well established recruitment agency based in Solihull?

As a Perms Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to:-
Sell recruitment business solutions over the telephone and face to face.
Build client relationships and account manage clients.
Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control
Monitor performances to ensure that the client and candidates are consistently satisfied.
Achieve targets and adhere to agreed action plans.
Recruit and sustain a workforce by interviewing and selecting quality applicants.
In return the Perms Recruitment Consultant will receive:-
A basic salary up to £35k DOE
WFH 1 day per week
Excellent bonus scheme
Free parking
4:30pm finish on a Friday
Weekly meditation and monthly massage/ reflexology session
Your birthday off
Employee of the month and quarter awards (with gift)
A clear training and personal development programme
