Recruitment Consultant – Swan Valley, Northampton
£29,000 to £33,000 per annum plus commission
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30 – 17:30

Are you a self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for recruitment?
This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in temporary driving recruitment while working alongside an experienced team to expand our existing customer base.
This would also suit someone from a transport background that is looking for a new challenge and the ability to earn an uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities:
* Servicing existing clients
* Management and planning of drivers
* Fill temporary and permanent vacancies
* Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates
* On-boarding Drivers
* Client visits and reviews meetings
Skills Required:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to negotiate and problem-solve
* A valid driving license
* Good knowledge of WTD (Working Time Directive) and EU driving hours laws
* Ability to manage and complete multiple projects to the deadlines set in a fast-paced environment
