Recruitment Consultant (360 Role)
Location: Leicester (LE3)
Remuneration: Up to £30,000 basic (DOE), Uncapped Commission, Benefits

The Role and About You
We’re growing our Leicester team and work in the Engineering market - a fast-paced, results-driven space with strong demand and clear opportunity.
This is a 360 role where you’ll build and run your own desk, backed by a leadership team that knows what good looks like and how to help you get there.
You’ll be given real autonomy, trusted to deliver, and supported by people who’ve done the job themselves.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has at least 12 months’ success in 360 recruitment (sector flexible), with a confident, consultative approach to both clients and candidates. You’re sales-focused, organised, commercially aware, and ready to grow your own portfolio, not just maintain someone else’s.
