Job Description
Location: Leeds/Bradford/York area – near M62/M1
(working on-site at various client locations)
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Recruitment Talent Co-ordinator to join our team to support our continued growth. You’ll be working on-site at a variety of our clients’ premises, responsible for the recruitment processes, account management and talent co-ordination.
This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for candidates, temporary staff and team leaders —ensuring smooth onboarding, excellent communication, and efficient administration.

What you’ll be doing
* Conduct pre-registration screenings, registrations, assessments and onboarding for new starters via video interviews and in-person
* Host site tours and welcome sessions for new recruits
* Complete check-ins with workers and address queries promptly.
* Provide regular updates to the Cubed Talent office team.
* Handle related administration in line with compliance and company standards.
* Work flexibly across various client sites as required.
* Sourcing candidates
* Application management
We’re looking for someone who:-
* Communicates confidently with people at all levels
* Can thrive in different environments
* Flexible and adaptable to support the needs of the business
* Is (fairly) tech savvy
* Has a full UK driving licence and access to a car (due to multiple site locations)
