Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the construction and property industry.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and market trends to provide strategic recruitment advice.
Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base.
Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team targets.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the construction or property sectors.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
