About Us
We are a specialist Engineering & Manufacturing recruitment agency, focused on connecting skilled professionals with businesses across roles such as CNC machinists, precision engineers, design engineers, and wider engineering/manufacturing positions. As a growing startup, we are building strong industry relationships and seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to help drive our journey forward.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is hungry to succeed in the fast-paced recruitment industry. You will be responsible for managing the full 360° recruitment cycle from building client relationships to sourcing and placing candidates.
Initially, this role is commission-only (perfect for someone entrepreneurial who wants unlimited earning potential). As the business grows, the role will evolve into a salary + commission package.
Responsibilities
* Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and headhunting.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: advertising roles, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and closing placements.
* Meet targets and KPIs to drive personal and business success.
* Keep up to date with industry trends to identify new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in recruitment is desirable (ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or technical sectors) – or strong sales/business development experience with the drive to learn recruitment.
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Target-driven and resilient, with a proactive attitude.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership.
* Entrepreneurial mindset – someone excited by commission-only earnings and building something from the ground up.
