What you'll be doing:
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client engagement to candidate placement
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
Working in a specialist division with the autonomy to make your mark
Meeting and exceeding targets with the support of experienced leadership
What we're looking for:
Recruitment experience (any sector welcome) OR strong sales/business development background
A self-starter with resilience, curiosity, and a drive to succeed
Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach
Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
