Recruitment Consultant - Engineering - Reading
£28k - £35k per annum (DOE) + OTE earnings
Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for engineering? Daniel Owen is looking for a driven and knowledgeable Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist team in Reading and take ownership of an exciting desk within the engineering sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on being in the know, who's curious, commercially minded and eager to immerse themselves in a fast-moving, technically rich market. The desk has solid foundations and active clients, but there's huge potential for growth and we're looking for someone ready to take it to the next level.
Your impact/duties as a Recruitment Consultant:
Client Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify and develop existing and new client relationships.
Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience.
360 Recruitment Process: From negotiating terms, to interviews to offer stages, you will manage the entire process.
Top-Tier Service: Deliver exceptional service to ensure repeat business and outstanding recommendations
