Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £34,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the construction, engineering and property industry.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and market trends to provide strategic recruitment advice.
Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base.
Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team targets.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in recruitment, within the construction, enginnering or property sectors.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
A proactive, results-driven attitude with a desire to succeed.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:
