Key Responsibilities * Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing client schools across London. * Source, interview, and register high-quality teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff. * Match candidates to suitable roles within Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools. * Handle day-to-day and long-term cover bookings efficiently, ensuring quick turnaround times. * Write and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms. * Manage the full recruitment cycle — from candidate sourcing to placement and aftercare. * Maintain full compliance and safeguarding standards for all candidates. * Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and placement targets. * Collaborate closely with the wider Mindlynk team to ensure a smooth, positive experience for both schools and candidates. Person Specification Essential: * Experience working in a recruitment agency, ideally within the education sector. * Proven ability to manage a 360 recruitment desk successfully. * Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. * Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. * Target-driven and motivated by success and teamwork. Desirable: * Experience placing staff within Primary, Secondary, or SEN schools. * Knowledge of safeguarding and compliance processes. * Familiarity with education recruitment CRMs (e.g. Vincere, Adapt, or similar). * Existing client relationships within the London education market. Why Join Mindlynk? * Competitive base salary £28,000 – £37,000 + uncapped commission. * A friendly, modern, and efficient CRM designed to make your workflow seamless. * Excellent IT support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. * Direct mentoring and professional development from our Director — a former Headteacher who brings real school leadership insight and helps support consultant growth. * Strong reputation for quality, compliance, and integrity within the education sector. * Supportive team culture that values collaboration and long-term partnerships. * Clear career progression within a growing, purpose-driven agency
