The Role:
Working from our busy head office in Oval, You’ll learn the full 360 recruitment process — from sourcing candidates to closing deals. Expect hands-on training, real responsibility, and a focus on your growth.
Once trained, you’ll be:
Managing your own market in the built environment space
Placing candidates and generating monthly revenue
Building relationships with clients and attending industry events
Creating a strong personal brand on LinkedIn
Contributing to a collaborative, high-energy team culture
We’re Looking For:

Confidence to speak to clients and candidates
