What You'll Be Doing

Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients. 
Sourcing, interviewing and managing high-quality candidates.

Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement. 
Winning new business and growing your own client portfolio. 
Negotiating offers and providing an exceptional service to both clients and candidates. 
Working towards achievable targets with the support of an experienced management team.  What We're Looking For

Previous recruitment experience is preferred but not essential. 
A proactive, resilient and ambitious attitude. 
Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
A genuine desire to succeed and develop your career. 
Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
