Ackerman Pierce is a fast-growing recruitment agency specialising in the Public Sector, and we’re looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team in Harlow in both our permenant and temporary recruitment teams.
🔎 What You’ll Do
Source and place top talent into temporary and permanent Public Sector roles.
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Manage the full recruitment cycle – from business development to candidate placement.
Proactively win new and develop business through market reserach, cold calling, networking and ongoing client engagement and management.
Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.🎯 What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales, telesales, or recruitment (Public Sector knowledge is a bonus!).
A confident communicator who thrives on building relationships.
Target-driven with a strong work ethic and resilience.
