Recruitment Consultant
* Sandwich, Kent Office based with option for hybrid to be discussed post probation
* £27,000- £30,000 basic + excellent commission and bonus opportunities (c £6,000 pa)
* Permanent - Full Time/Part Time Considered (Whole Days)

We are a dynamic recruitment agency based in East Kent, and we're looking for a Resourcer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves talking on the phone, can clearly explain job opportunities, and enjoys the fast-paced world of recruitment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Engaging with candidates over the phone, in person and via video conference to discuss our current vacancies
* Building strong relationships and understanding candidate requirements
* Maintaining and updating our recruitment database
* Using Microsoft Office and general IT systems to manage applications
* Providing outstanding customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* Excellent verbal and written English skills
* Confidence in business-to-business sales and relationship-building
* Strong Microsoft Office and general IT skills
* Enthusiastic, organised, and self-motivated
* A proactive approach with a positive, can-do attitude
