360 Construction Trades Recruiter – Blue & White Collar
Location: Solihull Out & about 3 days a week | Base: £30K + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission + Free Parking

We’re looking for a 360 Trades Recruiter who’s not afraid to get out there, build relationships, and make things happen. You’ll be out on site, in front of clients, and closing deals — because you know recruitment isn’t a desk job; it’s a people business.
If you love the trades game, thrive on the buzz of placements, and want the freedom to run your desk your way, this one’s for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
* On the road 3 days a week – visiting sites, catching up with clients, and spotting your next big opportunity.
* Full 360 role – business development, sourcing, placements, and account management.
* Building solid, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
* Managing your own patch, your way — with full backing from a team that gets it
What You’ll Bring
* Solid 360 recruitment experience (trades, construction, or industrial sector ideally).
* Confident, hungry, and naturally great with people.
* A self-starter who knows how to build, bill, and grow.
* Full UK driving licence (you’ll be out there meeting people, not stuck behind a screen)

💰 £30,000 base salary (DOE) + Free Car Parking
🚗 Possible Car allowance
✨ Starter deal:
* Zero threshold for your first 6 months
* 10% commission for your first 12 months with a £4K monthly threshold
