We are a successful, growing and most importantly, happy recruitment business and we are recruiting. We're looking to add 3 Trainee Recruitment Consultants to our business. We work with some of the most recognisable brands in the world, providing best-in-class recruitment services. We offer a comprehensive training and support programme with regular in house and external training and coaching; a competitive salary, pension, private healthcare and uncapped commission.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Business Development.
Account Development.
Account Management.
Service Delivery.To be successful within the role you will have:

A successful track record in telesales.

Unlimited commission.
9-day fortnight for those on target
25 Days' holiday rising to 30 days plus bank holidays
