We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a leading organisation and play a key role in helping to shape the future of their workforce and ensure every candidate receives a recruitment experience that is timely, supportive, and aligned with the organisation’s values. About the Role
You’ll work closely the business leaders across the service to understand upcoming workforce needs and deliver effective, targeted recruitment activity. From writing compelling job adverts to coordinating a seamless onboarding process, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment journey. Your work will ensure our processes remain compliant, efficient, and reflective of the high standards we uphold.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with leaders to anticipate staffing requirements and plan recruitment campaigns
• Create clear, engaging job adverts and proactively source candidates through social media and networks
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including shortlisting, interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Lead safer recruitment checks (DBS, references, right to work) and maintain compliance with GDPR and professional standards
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare regular updates for the Senior Leadership Team
• Coordinate induction plans to ensure new starters feel welcomed, informed, and supported
• Provide wider administrative and office support, contributing to a professional and positive working environment
About You
You’ll bring a blend of recruitment experience, strong organisational skills, and a genuine interest in people. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, confident, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
You will bring:
• Proven recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare or another regulated sector
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several campaigns at once
• A results‑driven approach with evidence of successful recruitment outcomes
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and colleagues
• Knowledge of safer recruitment, safeguarding, and inclusive hiring practices
• Strong digital ability and experience with ATS/CRM systems
