Title- Recruitment Coordinator

Location – Wisbech Cambridgeshire
Rate of pay – Starting at £600 per week plus commission structure.

CDS Labour are currently looking for Recruitment Coordinators to work in our Wisbech branch Cambridgeshire. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will act as the primary point of contact for our temporary workers. Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to, Maintaining recruitment levels to ensure daily order requirements have been filled, working alongside our service to ensure the orders and transport plans are correctly created. Also scheduling rotas for our temporary workers (shift timings, location, PPE etc) and provide guidance and support to the workers. In addition to this is onsite duties at customer locations to deal with customer issues, confirm workers are on shift and other onsite elements.
Due to the nature of the role a manual driving license is required and previous experience in a recruitment role is preferred.

Basic salary for this role is £600 per week with an additional generous commission structure, ensuring that hard work is directly rewarded.
