Weekend Recruitment Coordinator
Leeds / Remote
£13.00 – £13.50 per hour
Weekend Shifts
Are you an organised and proactive individual with great communication skills? We’re looking for a Weekend Recruitment Coordinator to support our operations team and ensure smooth running of weekend client requirements.
Key Responsibilities of the Weekend Recruitment Coordinator
Manage client requirements across weekend shifts
Confirm staff for upcoming shifts and handle last-minute changes
Cover absences and maintain full site coverage
Update rotas accurately and promptly
Register new candidates and ensure all documentation is complete
Maintain high standards of quality and compliance
Key Skills & Experience
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms (experience with staffing systems advantageous)
Previous experience in a recruitment, scheduling or coordination role preferred but not essential
