Partner with hiring managers to create effective recruitment and talent selection plans, aimed at attracting and retaining top talent

The role will be leading End-to-end recruitment for the business whilst managing a team individuals.
The client is offering hybrid working with 3 days per week required into the office
Description
A Recruitment Manager to who will be responsible for:
Partner with hiring managers to create effective recruitment and talent selection plans, aimed at attracting and retaining top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to create job adverts for open roles
Promote vacancies across the career's pages, job boards, and social media platforms
Foster strong relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure the successful filling of specialist positions
Manage the existing Preferred Supplier List (PSL) of external recruitment agencies, ensuring all rates and terms of business are kept up to dateProfile
A Recruitment Manager with experience in:
A strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and candidate selection, to on boarding and retention
Previous experience in either internal or agency recruitment
Experience of recruiting within business or professional services is preferred
Proficient in HR systems, including an Applicant Tracking SystemsJob Offer
