Are you highly organised, people-focused, and ready for your next career move? We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment & Operations Assistant to join a growing Head Office team in Plymouth.
This is a varied role where you’ll be at the heart of the operations, supporting both internal departments and retail stores. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy turning your hand to different tasks, this could be the role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
Acting as the first point of contact for retail store queries, ensuring issues are resolved quickly or directed to the right team
Supporting with recruitment activity for new store openings – previous recruitment experience would be a real advantage here
Handling HR-related queries for both store and Head Office employees
Coordinating travel arrangements for staff
Managing system user accounts, staff discount cards and training documents
Collecting, recording and reporting on departmental data, including Health & Safety reports
Producing reports and sharing insights with managers and stakeholdersWhat we’re looking for: We want someone who can bring energy and accuracy to the role, while being a true team player. You’ll be confident juggling multiple tasks and enjoy building strong working relationships across the business.
Background in retail administration or a similar support role would be beneficial
Recruitment experience (either in-house or agency) is desirable but not essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in your work
Confident communicator who can liaise with colleagues at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointWhat’s on offer:
