Workforce World is growing - and we're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our friendly, professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in recruitment while supporting clients in the Driving, Industrial, and Commercial sectors.
What you'll be doing:
Searching job boards and shortlisting suitable candidates
Registering and onboarding candidates
Ensuring all compliance documents are collected and up to date
Screening and qualifying candidates over the phone
Booking interviews and managing the process with clients
Writing and posting engaging job adverts
Managing candidate records in the database
Supporting the team with business development and client retentionWhat we're looking for:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and good organisational ability
A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
A team player who thrives in a busy office environment
Previous admin, customer service, or sales experience is a plus - but not essentialWhat's in it for you?
