Realise Education is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Resourcer to join our growing team!
We’re a specialist recruitment agency working exclusively within the education sector, connecting schools with passionate and high-quality staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated resourcer with previous experience in recruitment who’s ready to play a vital role in candidate generation and relationship management.
About the Role:
As a Resourcer, you will work closely with our recruitment consultants to:
* Source and screen candidates for roles within the education sector
* Build and maintain a strong candidate database
* Conduct interviews and compliance checks
* Manage candidate availability and job matching
* Support consultants with day-to-day resourcing needs
What We’re Looking For:
* Preferably resourcing or recruitment experience (education sector preferred but not essential)
* Strong administration skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Confidence using recruitment systems and job boards
* IT Literate & social media competent
* What You’ll Get:
* Structured hours: 07:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday, with reduced hours during the school holidays
* Competitive salary: £24500 – 28000pa
