Recruitment Resourcer – Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Rackheath, Norfolk
Salary: £25,500 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours)
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (flexible part-time options available)

The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key part in the delivery of top-tier candidates to our clients. Your role will involve identifying, engaging, and managing a pool of reliable construction operatives, ensuring we always have the right people ready for the right jobs.
Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and our internal database
*
Conducting telephone screens and initial interviews
*
Maintaining and updating candidate records and compliance documentation
*
Supporting the recruitment consultants with urgent bookings and candidate availability
*
Building strong relationships with candidates to encourage repeat business and referrals
*
Assisting with administrative tasks such as timesheets and reference checks
What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and organisation skills
*
A confident, people-first attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly
*
Strong attention to detail and time management
*
Previous experience in recruitment or construction is beneficial but not essential
*
Able to work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
*
IT literate and confident using systems and online platforms
