Recruitment Resourcer – Dudley
£12.21 ph plus D.O.E +
Working within a leading recruitment firm known for partnering with high-profile clients and delivering quality staffing solutions across the UK within many different sectors.
Responsible for sourcing skilled candidates for both permanent and freelance roles across various sector disciplines.
* Delivered end-to-end resourcing support, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with client requirements.
* Built and maintained strong relationships with candidates and clients, supporting long-term workforce planning.
* Demonstrated strong time management, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to candidate engagement and recruitment strategy.
* Played a key role in supporting new and existing accounts by providing high-calibre talent and maintaining service excellence.
