Talented People are on the look out for a Resourcer/Trainee Consultant – Temporaries Division to support our growth plans and ensure our existing clients are serviced well.
Location: Crawley
Full-time | Entry-level | Uncapped Commission

This role isn’t easy. Recruitment is fast-paced, competitive, and full of highs and lows. You’ll spend your days speaking to people, making lots of calls, handling knockbacks and learning more about yourself than you ever thought possible.
But if you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys connecting with people, and isn’t afraid of a challenge, you’ll absolutely love it!
We aren’t hiring this role based on experience, we’re hiring people who show potential, grit, and a great attitude.
What will your day look like?
* Sourcing for our open vacancies
* Working with the wider business to ensure the right outcomes for our candidates and clients
* Providing leads to the relevant Consultant
* Interviewing candidates thoroughly either face to face or over Teams
* Creating briefs to send to candidates based on client requirements
* Working with the management team on creating a sourcing strategy for project based recruitment
* Attending clients meetings with either management or a Consultant to showcase your sourcing strategy
* Advertising jobs
* Supporting with Payroll
* Updating the system and supporting with general admin duties as and when needed
